Had the same exact phone from AT&T - purchased a year ago but had an unfortunate occurance. Sad lost:( Rec'd a smaller phone from AT&T as a replacement but was not happy with its small screen or the other phone choices that were offered (regardless of the brand names out there most keys were just too small and I don't like the sliders). However, I was fortunate to come across this discontinued phone on Amazon and was excited (idential to my last one). From experience, it does everything the model description says and more! Has the big screen, gives a better view of the internet especially when you want to read your email and text messages. Program alerts work wonders for a busy person (you can program what type you desire). I also had Mobile TV at one point on my last one: excellent view - saw MJ's funeral on it live while at work and no skips or pauses. Worked better than the viewing on my PC which had too much buffering and stops. The lighted keys are great too and so easy to read. You can easily type text messages and change from one folder to the next without a glitch. Send pics to messages without having to stop and start - no problems with linking or opening most sites. Volume and speakers to phone carry sound very well - can get pretty loud if you need it to. People who I converse with notice the difference in sound quality especially my mom - no outside interferance, static or muffling. Downloading ringtones and "stuff" from the net to your micro-SD card is easy as 123. You won't go wrong with this type of phone if you can find one!!!
